We are looking for Neighborhood Outreach Volunteers for every precinct!

What do Neighborhood Representatives do?

  • Set the agenda for the state party.

  • Get out the vote!

Why is this important?

  • When the precinct organization is weak, the party is weak.

  • Without it, we have low voter turnout, especially in midterm elections.

  • Without it, voters feel disconnected from the party.

  • It helps us identify candidates to run for local office.

  • Prioritizes voting on the local level, instead of a "top down" party structure.

  • It is the most effective method for mobilizing voters through face-to-face discussion.

Things you can do as a Precinct Delegate, Precinct Captain, Neighborhood Representative

Text bank, phone bank, knock doors, collaborate with local groups for voter education, host candidate meet-and-greets, write letters to the editor, and more.
